An adaptive (self-adjusting) system for automatic control of the crystal diameter provides the necessary quality of control and stability throughout the entire growth process. A significant advantage of the ACS is the presence of several classes of automatic controllers, such as a self-tuning PID controller, an incremental controller, a self-tuning predictor-corrector, which, as practice has shown, provides the best quality control of the crystal size (ingot diameter). We take into account the specifics of the customer’s process and automate special technological techniques and procedures.
